Fun Game Ideas For Your Bachelorette Party

For the bride, one exciting feature of the wedding process is the bachelorette party. The act of the party is so versatile because there are literally hundreds of different things you can do, or places to go. Whether you choose to have the bachelorette party at home or out somewhere, there are a great many different games that can be incorporated into the party ranging from those that are a bit racy to simple games that are just pure fun to play.

One of the most popular games it would seem is one that is called “name that object”. In this game, you would take a fabric bag (you can use any bag, but fabric is best) and place in it a number of different items that a male would use such as a wallet, tie, maybe a razor (make sure to leave the safety guard on!) and other things like that. Now what you need to do is close the bag off and fix it so that it does not come open. The party guests would then feel the bag and try to figure out what each item is. Have them to write their guesses done on a sheet of paper without letting the others know the items they have in their list. Once everyone has had the chance to make their guesses then the actual contents of the bag are revealed and the person with the most correct guesses wins the bag and the contents.

Another fun game to play is a scavenger hunt game. This one actually works best when you are having the bachelorette party out on the town and will be going to a number of different places, perhaps in a limo or van. You would have a list of things that each guest must accumulate along the way. The items on the list shouldn’t be impossible to find, but at the same time you don’t want it to be too easy! Remember that the fun is in the hunt of the items on the list! As you proceed through the night each lady will collect the items on the list and place them in a bag. Naturally, the winner of this game is the one who gathers the most items on the list.

Another absolutely fun game is called “I Never….”. This is sort of a drinking game, but it can be changed to fit even if the attendees are non-drinkers. In this game each lady will have a turn at saying I never and then adding something to that, such as “I never got a speeding ticket” and so on. Then, the rest of the group, who admit to doing that thing, will take a drink and so it goes on until everyone has had a turn.

Typically, the bride will have many guests at the party who know each other, but there might be some guests who are not acquainted with each other. The idea of these games is to not only promote fun, but also to give people a fun opportunity to get to know one another better. For instance, this will give the brides friends a chance to get to know the grooms sisters, etc.

The most important thing of all about the bachelorette party is that everyone has a good time. Bachelorette party games can help to make that possible.

Football Games To Play

You want to practice some football on your own? Or maybe you’re a coach who want to do new things in your football practice… I will try to give you some ideas here:

Panna game –

This one will improve each players individual technique. You can play this one 1vs1 or 2vs2. You set up a little pitch with cones and a goal on each side(basically it’s a football pitch but a really small one). Every game can go on for as long as you want, but the game will be really intense and I would suggest some where around 5 minutes. The teams scores by putting the ball between the “goal cones”. But they will win by knockout if they manage to do a panna on the opponent. A panna is to nutmeg the opponent(put the ball between his legs). After the panna it’s very important to still have control over the ball, other wise it’s not a real panna and the game goes on. This is a very fun game to play since there will be challenges all the time and they will also be more defensive. There is not only a goal to protect, but a hole between your legs.

2 vs 2 game –

Kind of the same drill as mentioned above, but in this one you get a point for doing a panna. So you get points both for scoring and for doing pannas. This might be good so the players doesn’t concentrate solely on their legs. This will also be a very technical game with lots of challenges. There will be a lot more challenges in the panna game though. Because then they want to panna the opponent, in this example they also want to score lots of goals, so they will make it more as a team as individuals.

Juggling battles –

Either plain juggling(who does the most juggles) or who does the best tricks. Most football players are very competitive and want to win. So if they loose a battle they will go home and practice on more football tricks. And football tricks is good for a lot of things, some are concentration, eye coordination and your first touch. Juggling is also good as a warm up to loosen your body and muscles a bit.

Bulls eye –

If you’re hanging out with your friends and want to play some football, then bulls eye might be a fun game to play. You create “goals” with your fantasy. So maybe a post 20m away is your goal, the one who hits it first gets a point. Another one could be to open the top of a trashcan, move 30m away and try and get the ball to land in the trashcan(here’s an example of how it could look like: http://www.freestylefactory.net/video/tricks/trashcan.wmv). Just remember to not make goals that can result in trashing things, also no goals that might upset your neighbours or other people. Play with imagination and have fun.

Christmas Pictionary – Another great Christmas party game, you will be splitting up into teams of 3 or 4 depending on how many people are going to play. Set up a large pad of paper so everyone can see what will be drawn. Each group has to have everyone drawn something at least once. Make out about 20 to 30 cards to pick from all about Christmas, ex: Santa, Reindeer, sled, snow, north pole, etc. Every right answer gets one point and the first one to 5 wins.

The twist is that they can only use one hand each, the other will be around their partners waist. They will have to work together to get it done the fastest. This is also a great way to get your gifts wrapped for free, just make sure it is nothing breakable.
